Congratulations Michael!

Sometimes we are gifted in finding an employee who brings great experience and confidence and wanting to grow with the company. Michael Folla is this month’s Employee of the Month honoree. Michael started last March as a Foreman Trainee and quickly rose to the position of Landscape Foreman.

Working with one of our seasoned veterans Carlos, Michael and Carlos have installed many challenging landscapes with great quality and efficiency. New Garden is grateful that Michael chose us to continue his career and he has been a true professional, garnering praise from the customers he has served. Michael’s hobbies include kayaking, hiking, and sports.
