I have been meaning to send you a quick note [to] praise two of your exceptional team members at New Garden.

Tripp Vockel and Merideth DeYoung have been simply just awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, helpful & go the extra mile to give their all to the customer! We were about to stop using New Garden due to dissatisfaction but Tripp went above & beyond to take care of every issue then introduced us to Merideth who is also great. We look forward to working with Merideth knowing we are in very capable, creative, knowledgeable hands.
